Terms and conditions of use

Truth Zone welcomes you to truth-zone.net , our digital website and forum. These are our terms and conditions for use of this website, which you may access via the World Wide Web, PDA, mobile phone and RSS feeds etc. These terms and conditions apply whenever you access the network, on whatever device or media format, regardless of its inclusion or exclusion from the previous list. 1.0.1 Registration

When you register, you are registering as a personal user of truth-zone.net . Access to registered member areas is via your email address or user name and password.

We allow you access to the registered member areas of the site on the following basis:

(i) your email address and password are personal to you and may not be used by anyone else to access truth-zone.net services.

(ii) Only one member account is allowed per person. If more than one member of your household wishes to join you're required to notify us. We actively monitor users connections to our system to prevent multi account violation.

If, for any reason, we believe that you have not complied with these requirements, we may, at our discretion, cancel your access to the registration areas of truth-zone.net immediately. Your record maybe removed resulting in the unrecoverable loss of data, without giving you any advance notice.

2.0.1 Termination of registration

If we wish to bring the agreement to an end, we will do so by emailing you at the address you have registered stating that the agreement has been terminated. Under certain conditions no notification maybe given and your account maybe totally removed from our system.

Due to the method of data storage and system integration it may not be possible for us to totally remove any contributions you have made. In this case your account shall be deactivated and where possible anonymised. Please consider this when you make a contribution in any areas or use services provided by truth-zone.net .
