Most will ignore this thread. But it is true. Keeping the HARRP type device locked on the ocean off shore of CA has produce the desired result's. With all the importing of food's (insane yes?) the skyrocketing prices and NO domestic production leaves the door wide open for a civil unrest when the money crashes & the over 50% populous receiving Government assistance dries up (bad choice of words, yes) and no meds finishes the sanity.

Talking about droughts being engineered and rain clouds being dissipated can sound tin foil hat kooky to people and i conceed that.. but i believe it is happening... even in australia there have been large reductions in winter clouds especially at night in the nations biggest food bowl, the murray darling basin, which means less rain, more frost and more cold nights... water rights being taken from growers among other tools (control of the food retail end - big supermarkets) and the resulting reduction in food being produced is no accident. And all ties in with their climate change agenda also.

I follow Dane Wigington and other of his ilk .....this was a much needed thread. I've been very much aware of this for many yrs. It's been ignored here - thanks for kicking it off - chemtrails , haarp, scalar, ect - it's all connected. The east floods whilst the west in drought at hence to unknown levels - all very much engineered as the globe.
This is crucial and I agree not enough interest is given to it.

he concerned Canadian woman that filmed this short video on the tree and plant die off occurring in her region has done an exceptional job of conveying the seriousness of what we collectively face. If humanity stays on the current course, the planet as we have known it will soon enough be no more. The single greatest leap we could currently take to preserve what’s left of the Earth’s life support systems is to expose and stop climate engineering. 1. You must get off the bench and show up for the cause

The largest climate change awareness march ever just occurred in NY on September 21 2014. By some estimates as many as 400,000 participated. Unfortunately, not a single anti-geoengineering activist made it to this march in order to help wake up the climate change activists to the climate engineering reality. Film maker George Barnes (Look Up documentary and “skyderalert.com”) sent out the word for anti-geoengineering activists to show up at the September 21st March to help distribute climate engineering awareness flyers (supplied by geoengineeringwatch.org) and DVDs (supplied by George Barnes). About 100 activists said they would come and not one showed up to assist George with this effort, not one. Cheering from the sidelines won’t get the job done, we all have to get into the trench and help in the fight. Every day each of us can find some way to move the ball forward in regard to raising awareness. Who haven’t you spoken to about this issue? Who haven’t you passed on a flyer or DVD to? 2. Spend Some Time Getting at Least Somewhat “Up to Speed” On the Issue Yourself

It is important to be able to field at least some basic questions about this most dire issue if you are to gain credibility with others. Most people, of any political stripe, do not want to be sprayed like bugs. Most people are at least partially aware that the weather is “off”, that chronic respiratory diseases and countless other related diseases are going off the charts. Most are also aware that weather modification (at least in some form) is real. A conversation can often be initiated by simply asking someone if they have noticed the weather is unusual or changing? Are they aware of the fact that there are massive global weather modification programs that are not being reported by media? The geoengineering or climate engineering terms are important in any conversation on this issue. If a person googles “geoengineering” or “climate engineering”, they will find volumes of science articles and reporting. If only the word “chemtrails” is used, disinformation and debunking sites and definitions will be the first thing they come to. Again, know the basics. Geoengineering is shredding the ozone layer, altering the weather patterns, polluting our air, waters and soils.

It is also very important to have some idea of who you are speaking with and what aspect of the geoengineering issue they will be most interested in and affected by. Going too far into the “rabbit hole” is almost always counterproductive, stick to the basic straightforward facts. DON’T discredit the subject at hand by wandering into other issues that are not science based and that do not belong in this discussion.

3. Have Credible Data to Pass On To Others

This is not expensive or difficult. There are a number of tools that can and should be used for this purpose. The documentary “Look Up” is a very effective introduction tool. This film can be ordered at “skyderalert.com“. An additional tool is the power point presentation “Climate Engineering, Weather Warfare, And The Collapse Of Civilization“. This presentation is also available on DVD (other power point presentations can be viewed on the home page of geoengineeringwatch.org). When passing on a DVD, it is much more effective to include an information flyer with it. For only 10 to 20 cents a copy, more or less, very important and compelling data can be passed on. Such a flyer will make it much more likely the DVD will actually get viewed. Flyer examples can be found and downloaded for free at “geoengineeringwatch.org/ads“. One of these examples can be used, or new ones can be made. Be sure all data on any flyers is simple, credible, and verifiable. 4. Don’t Point to the Sky and Go Into a Rant, That Only Puts Up Defenses

If people are made uncomfortable, they will only tune out all that you are saying and focus their attention on how to end the conversation. Again, more often than not, lengthy conversations are not productive. As stated above, it only leads to uncomfortable situations for all concerned. A simple (and short) mention of the issue and its major consequences, and the passing on of a flyer with a DVD, can often be the most effective approach. It’s also helpful to mention that the government is not disclosing these programs and mainstream media is not covering the story. If people who are being introduced remain comfortable, they are most likely to examine the information being passed on when they have time in their own home or office.

5. Very Important Contacts Can and Should Be Made with the Internet

There are countless groups, organizations, and individuals that would care if they had any clue about the geoengineering programs. Environmental groups, Alzhiemer’s, autism, ADD, agriculture groups, journalists, etc. Locate such groups and send them a “heads up” email with some credible data attachments. Also, a link or two where they can learn more on the most dire issue of geoengineering. On the home page of geoengineeringwatch.org site is the “flaming arrow link“. This suggested email package is already set to go, just find appropriate people and groups to send it to.

In a personal encounter, if someone is not receptive, or even argumentative, try to keep your composure. Confrontations only cause people to put up their defenses and they won’t hear a word you say. We are planting seeds of awareness, if done properly, the seeds will sprout. As the climate system continues to unravel (with climate engineering helping to fuel the fire), people will soon enough have no choice but to wake up.

If we all pull together, we can and will soon reach “critical mass” in the effort to expose the on going global geoengineering programs. The decimation being caused to the planet, us, and all life on Earth is immense, it’s up to all of us to stop it. If we can simply reach this tipping point of awareness, the dominos will begin to fall in regard to the climate engineering programs. When the families of those participating in the various aspects of geoengineering realize that they are quite literally killing themselves and their children along with the rest of us, the equation will change. When the larger population realizes they have all been poisoned from the climate engineering, there will be a shock wave around the globe.

The once “Golden State” is literally being fried by what can only be considered an all out weather warfare assault. Our own governments ongoing climate engineering programs are wreaking havoc on American populations. The constant aerosolizing of the atmosphere is radically reducing precipitation over California as well as totally disrupting the storm track upstream from the State. Rain that should have fallen in the West is increasingly coming down in deluges further east, welcome to geoengineering. The map below is stark confirmation of the factors already mentioned.

The satellite image below clearly shows grid pattern blanket spraying of the eastern Pacific Ocean which completely derails rainfall patterns. It is important to remember that even if visible spraying and/or silvery white skies are not evident on certain days, the weather makers are always hard at it in other locations.

The targeting of California for drought creation has been so extreme that once productive orchards are literally being torn out. The 2 minute video below should be alarming to all.

What is unfolding in California is so dire and unprecedented that even mainstream media can no longer ignore the severity of the situation. The climate engineers are not just creating drought, they can and are creating heat. Though the planet is warming from many anthropogenic causes, the weather makers can turn the thermostat up to record highs wherever and whenever they want.

California’s Record Heat Is Like Nothing You’ve Ever Seen… Yet

If hot thermometers actually exploded like they do in cartoons, there would be a lot of mercury to clean up in California right now.

The California heat this year is like nothing ever seen, with records that go back to 1895. The chart below shows average year-to-date temperatures in the state from January through July for each year. The orange line shows the trend rising 0.2 degrees Fahrenheit per decade.

The sharp spike on the far right of the chart is the unbearable heat of 2014. That’s not just a new record; it’s a chart-busting 1.4 degrees higher than the previous record. It’s an exclamation point at the end of a long declarative sentence.

The high temperatures have contributed to one of the worst droughts in California’s history. The water reserves in the state’s topsoil and subsoil are nearly depleted, and 70 percent of the state’s pastures are rated “very poor to poor,” according to the USDA. By one measure, which takes into account both rainfall and heat, this is the worst drought ever. (See the chart below.)

While the temperatures are extreme, they’re not entirely unexpected. The orange trend line above is consistent with rising temperatures across the globe. Average surface temperatures on Earth have warmed roughly 1.4 degrees Fahrenheit since 1880, according to NASA. The eastern half of the U.S. has had an unusually cool 2014, but it’s a lone exception compared to the rest of the planet.

The International Panel on Climate Change, which includes more than 1,300 scientists, forecasts temperatures to rise 2.5 to 10 degrees Fahrenheit over the next century. That puts California’s record heat well within the range of what’s to come, turning this “hot weather” into, simply, “weather.”

Up here on the East coast of Scotland not a whiff of chemtrails as far as I can tell.... Also I know there is confirmation bias among chemtrailers. However there is so much smoke on this issue likely there is some fire. I just don't buy the Jews will poison the planet, unless that is Satan's wish and he exists.... Steal, yes, kill the enemy, yes, but shit in their own backyard?

But that does not exclude other spraying necessarily, and i do believe they know how to dissipate rain clouds and similar.. cloud seeding and the reverse of that is not science fiction.
