I like this definition (it nicely sums up what TZ represents)
The right to express one's ideas and opinions freely through speech, writing, and other forms of communication but without deliberately causing harm to others' character and/or reputation by false or misleading statements.

Wiki dictionary defines freedom of speech as...
The right to express any opinions without censorship or restraint.

So, all good.

Question is, do we really have it? Have we ever had it?

Are you seeing true freedom of speech on the internet these days...?

Discuss.

No. Never. About to regain my human birth rights. All of them. Still need to do it subtly. In public and on the web there is no such thing as free speech unless you consciously accept the accompanying allied perils.
"The truth must be repeated over and over again,
because error is repeatedly preached among us, not
only by individuals, but by the masses. In periodicals
and cyclopaedias, in schools and universities; every-
where, in fact, error prevails, and is quite easy in the
feeling that it has a decided majority on its side."

If you don't mind me asking, what exactly do you mean by that?

Are you asking what the birth rights of every human being are?

Well no, not exactly.

Rather, I was asking what you meant by you being 'about to regain your birth rights'.

Mine are the same as those of every human being.

In fact the Declaration of Human Rights would be a good thing if it wasn't perverted by the ruling "elite".
For example article 19 definitely does not apply to Germans in Germany, nor does this:

United Nations CCPR/C/GC/34
International Covenant on Civil and Political Rights12 September 2011
Human Rights Committee, 102nd session, Geneva, 11-29 July 2011

49. "Laws that penalize the expression of opinions about historical facts are incompatible with the obligations that the Covenant imposes on States parties in relation to the respect for freedom of opinion and expression. The Covenant does not permit general prohibition of expressions of an erroneous opinion or an incorrect interpretation of past events. Restrictions on the right of freedom of opinion should never be imposed and, with regard to freedom of expression, they should not go beyond what is permitted in paragraph 3 or required under article 20."

Nonetheless, an unknown number of "thought criminals" is still imprisoned all over Europe and above all in Germany/Austria and the prosecution of dissidents, not only by msm hate propaganda and lies, but also by mass raids without legal basis, on constructed evidence, is getting increasingly ferocious day by day. Let alone the uncountable "sudden deaths" among dissidents by stroke, heart attack, accident, suicide. At the moment the so-called "Federal Office for the Protection of the Constitution" (yet there is no constitution but a so-called Basic Law, made by the allies) is about to reshape itself to become a perfectly totalitarian tool of terror against the people under the pretence of becoming more effective against "nazi terrorists", after their pathetic false flag, inside job "NSU" scam.

only by individuals, but by the masses. In periodicals

Freedom Of The Press Threatened By Cabinet Minister Ken Clarke

Guest post by Ben Fellows – Former Child Actor

At no time there was "Freedom of the Press", the truth is only becoming increasingly obvious.

I'm guessing the answer is no, seeing as she's still here bleating constantly about being repressed.

Btw, did you hear the latest TZ gossip about me and you being an item since back in the DIF days? Do you want to make the announcement, or are you going to let me do it? If you want to do it, can I choose the flowers for the bridesmaids?

It's in one of Fizz's "warnings" about my purpose on the board. I can't be arsed looking for it, but she thinks you've head-hunted me from the DIF to control the truth seekers over here, or some such bollocks. Oh, and we're both in league with satan.

Spreading rumours on a regular basis, about what a member allegedly thinks, rather belongs to the bullying not to the joking category.

"And if satan is anywhere, its in her when she wants to suck energy from people on the board!"

Maybe you were looking into your mirror when you typed those words into your keyboard?

Thanking an infamous dif pit troll and liar for what he does best could be proof that the troll had inadvertently exposed the truth,
or did you just trustfully believe in his unproven claims?

"she thinks you've head-hunted me from the DIF to control the truth seekers over here, or some such bollocks. Oh, and we're both in league with satan."

What I said was:

"Who sent and/or invited him (and others) to this place would be a more reasonable question, from my pov."

There is absolutely NO decent way to deduce the troll's scheming assumptions from this sentence!

You seem to have pushed this thread for a reason. Which exactly?

No, I have not yet regained my full birthrights, for this is a very challenging, protracted process
in a system that is based on lies, deception and more or less subtle oppression.

Thanks for reminding me of DG and Frog. Their absence is highly regrettable.

Stop making up tales about other posters and their motivations for being here, and you might not get discussed at all, heaven forbid such a thing happening.

Infamous dif pit troll, now hyperactive on TZ, brazenly tries to disabuse regular member (since 2012)
for exposing his sinister division tactics. It is so ridiculous, you couldn’t make it up :cool2:

One could deduce from this comment that you usually like what he is saying or asking.

How much time do you spend on spreading tales about what you think other people allegedly think?

Why would you deduce such a thing.

Its like saying DG was an adolf booster because he defended your freedom of speech. He certainly wasnt.

Because it is the most stringent, most logic conclusion to be deduced from your words.

The most striking difference between ragnarok and mhs is that he was an infamous troll already in the dif pit for many years
and especially that - contrary to mhs - he is an ardent proponent of all things system and mainstream - while I am exactly the
opposite. This is why my opinion is litigable in many countries, suppressed not only in the dif pit while with his "opinion" exactly
the opposite is true.

DG was well aware of this fact - this is why he defended my right to free speech on TZ - while you are trying to equalise and negate reality.

Would you mind to respond to my previous comment on this thread instead of trying to divert to another subject:
