I'm leaning towards it not being the Saudi Prince... but whether it is or not.... what the heck was going on there in the Tropicana during the shootings? and were the shootings part of a bigger underlying drama..... possibly connected to the Saudis?



I made the case that the guy being escorted out of the Tropicana (no. 1 in the picture) may be a Saudi prince. I was told that he is not. I was told that he’s some guy named Jason Buff, a security guard, and that either he was transporting lots of chips or that it was an exercise drill. People said he posted on his facebook some softball game pics or something to confirm it was him. Okay, fine. Let’s take a real close look at the picture.

Person Number 4: Look at the picture carefully. He is carrying a stretcher. Specifically, an emergency e-vac stretcher. Right there, the theory of transporting casino chips go out the window. Why, oh, why the fuck would you need a stretcher to transport chips? Hmm. So, that leaves only the "emergency drill" scenario as an explanation for this video. This would make sense, right? I mean, emergencies would require a stretcher. But wait, you’re gonna giggle at my next point.

Person Number 8: Look at the video from start to finish concentrating on person number 8. Now, I’m no military person, but I know a helicopter pilot when I see one. And it looks like he’s even wearing a parachute. At the least, he looks airborne infantry. So tell me, in what kind of emergency drill would you need a fricken paratrooper/attack chopper pilot?

Person Number 5: Look at his bullet proof vest. That’s no swat or police issue. On every law enforcement uniform the words “POLICE” or “SHERIFF” or “FBI” or some other identifying label is CLEARLY marked. His uniform along with the others, have no labels at all, which would mean it could be only one of two things. A: he’s a private security force (like Black Water) or B: he’s military. Now, I’m no gun expert so I could be wrong, but it looks like he’s carrying an M4. It could be a ar-15 but, like I said, I’m not an expert.

Person Number 6: The guy in the yellow is literally pointing his rifle at unarmed civilians and shouting “Hands up!”. And from the reactions of the people in the casino, it’s clear that they have no idea what’s going on. Are you telling me that during a drill, you’re going to scare your customer by pointing a fricken automatic rifle at them and shouting at them? For real? You only do this if there is immediate real threat to you or your escort.

Person Number 4 and 7: Look at the decal on their uniforms. At first, I thought it was US Marshall. But upon repeated viewing, I’m not so sure. Maybe someone can ID it. Regardless, here’s what wrong. Persons 4 and 7 have complete different decals from the rest. In fact, it looks like almost everyone has completely different decal except these two. Person number 3 looks to be a standard police uniform, but the rest? They are definitely something else. What kind of fricken drill is this then?

SO! /r/conspiracy, time to put on your thinking cap. Forget person number 1 for the moment. We’ll never be able to ID him what that crappy video. But instead, please answer a few questions for me:

1. Is person number 8 in fact wearing a pilot uniform? And is that a parachute on his back?

2. What agency decal are persons 4 and 7 wearing?

3. What exact model of rifle is person number 5 wielding?

Look, if you’ve read my theory, then a helicopter pilot being there would absolutely cement it. And this video, regardless of whether the person number 1 is a prince or not, does not make sense. Maybe deciphering it will get us somewhere. Thank you for reading.

1 could be anyone. 2,5 looks like either ATF, DCIS patch and kit. Either fits your narrative. 3 is LV Sheriff, she is smooth. 4 and 7 have US Marshall badges, are known for high profile transport/prisoner transport/WITSEC. 8 kit looks like a PJ, no insignia, cans and mic helmet combo; which would account for the stretcher. USAF equivalent of Navy Seal. Specialize in hot extractions and are combat medics. Interestingly he sees the camera and hides his face, if this were a PJ operating on US soil the implications are huge. 9 is the floor manager. 6 is LVPD and needs to be fired immediately for lack of trigger discipline and flagging a fucking civ. All in all this is too many different agencies coordinating in a real-life location to be an exercise. "Hands up" with no identifier reeks military action and not police. "It's good they're here" around :10 also seems to be real life scenario. With the exception of 6, everyone is a smooth operator, has good trigger discipline; female Sheriff training must have stuck more than most police. Seeing that they came with a stretcher and (possibly) a combat medic that means whatever was happening they anticipated the VIP to be a casualty, and again if that is a PJ he is violating the Posse Comitatus Act (Amended 1956 to include USAF). Basically Federal Armed Force operating on US soil. Fishy shit even if this is an exercise, most likely isn't. Edit:6 PO on vest.

(As per previous post theorizing).....the idea that Paddock went up to or was brought up to an already secured 32nd floor makes sense to me. Mind you I haven't had time to research much into what happened in Las Vegas. Has there been anyone saying publicly that they were staying on the 32nd floor of the Mandalay Hotel at the time of the shootings?

I always suspected they were crypto Jews, now there appears to be strong evidence.

3. Given a robot citizenship. This is really twisted, especially since it is no brighter than an Amazon Alexa or cell phone app, and totally flies in the face of Islam which would accept no such thing.

4. Called for the destruction of a huge portion of the middle east, including Syria, Lebanon, Iran, Iraq and whatever else he can take. Funny thing is, Saudi Arabia is part of Eretz Israel. How's that gonna wash?

5. Told everyone they can completely relax on Islam, but can no longer speak out against the state. If they do, there is no forgiveness and they will be jailed or killed. So he is pushing "social freedom" and in exchange demanding total fielty to the state. That's exactly what the Jews are attempting to do everywhere, pushing all forms of immorality, gay marriage, transgenderism, you name it, and making it harder and harder to have any free speech against the state - that which they put in place. Having Saudi Arabia take this turn speaks VOLUMES.

Now that I have seen what has become of Saudi Arabia in such a short time, and how they are filling out an Israeli wish list, perhaps it is not too far fetched to say Saudi Arabia may have at least provided the patsies for 911, though the entire plot was external, and done via remote - I doubt anyone was actually on the planes that hit. MGM hires leading crisis management firm in wake of mass shooting



MGM Resorts International has hired a leading crisis management firm following the Oct. 1 shooting at one of its properties.

The casino operator selected New York-based corporate communications firm Joele Frank, Wilkinson Brimmer Katcher to assist in responding to inquires from media and investors regarding the investigation into the Mandalay Bay shooting.

Joele Frank has likely received an initial crisis fee in the hundreds of thousands of dollars and would bill MGM from $500 to $1,000 an hour ”for many, many hours,” said Ronn Torossian, chief executive officer of 5WPR, a renowned PR firm headquartered in New York.

“Joele Frank is a top notch leading crisis PR firm. They are one of a handful of agencies with the deep strategic communications skills necessary to communicate effectively for MGM to consumers, the industry and shareholders,” said Torossian.

MGM faces potentially large damages if plaintiffs can prove the shooting was foreseeable and that its security personnel failed to react appropriately.

Paige Gasper, who was hit by a bullet during the shooting, filed a lawsuit suit against MGM on Tuesday, the first victim to do so.

‘Best Attack PR’

Joele Frank, founded in 2000, has helped companies including Herbalife, Chipotle, Hertz and Yahoo fight off activist investors such as Carl Icahn, Bill Ackman, Dan Loeb and Jeff Smith in recent years.

Ackman, whose hedge fund Pershing Square Capital fought Herbalife, called Joele Frank “the best attack PR firm in the country” during a 2014 speech, the New York Post reported. Pershing Square declined to comment when contacted by the Las Vegas Review-Journal.

“They are considered one of the two or three best at this particular kind of work,” said Paul Homes, publisher of the public relations industry site The Holmes Report. “They do advocate their clients’ positions quite fiercely when necessary.”

Vegas Massacre Cover-Up: PR Firm Hired by Mandalay Bay Exposed Pushing Conspiracy Theories



In another strange twist to the largest mass-shooting in recent U.S. history, a damning report indicates that the parent company of the Mandalay Bay Resort and Casino, MGM Resorts International, is paying crisis management firm Joele Frank to spread disinformation about the massacre online.

According to a bombshell report, published by Thomas Michael on Medium, the crisis management firm is deliberately spreading ridiculous conspiracy theories on social media in an attempt to discredit legitimate inquiry into the bizarre official narrative—and actively trying to muddy the water about events surrounding the mass-shooting.

The report details how MGM International hired Joele Frank to run damage control in the wake of the deadly attack that left 58 people dead on Oct. 1. Michael’s report subsequently exposes ties between the crisis management firm and numerous Twitter accounts posting clearly bogus conspiracy theories about the mass-shooting, claiming “the shooting was fake, there was no blood, no victims, crisis actors, the whole nine-yards.”

The report goes on to explain how Michael discovered that a significant portion of the disinformation on Twitter concerning the Las Vegas massacre was originating from an account with the handle @DeepStvte.

Curiously, the @DeepStvte account is heavily connected with bots, which helped it spread nonsensical conspiracy theories about the shooting, according to GotNews.

Michael then made a number of disturbing discoveries upon further investigation:

“Now, here is where it gets really weird. Sifting through every reply on the DeepStvte account, I discovered someone who made a few replies in the comment sections — an individual by the name of Mr. Scott Bisang, handle @sbis85. Upon further research, Mr. Bisang is the Head Manager of Joele Frank, the crisis management firm that Mandalay Bay hired after the 1 October Shooting. So, when I searched his Twitter to find his comments on the Las Vegas Massacre again for this piece, all of the posts/replies had been deleted.”

The Medium report goes on to expose an intentional disinformation campaign by the crisis management firm to confuse people who are seeking answers to the tragic Las Vegas massacre:

“Furthermore, the REAL conspiracy theories that were being propagated by the above mentioned Twitter handles were pushing stories such as the shooting was fake, there was no blood, no victims, crisis actors, the whole nine-yards; while simultaneously discrediting any viable theories made by the public. These are, without question, professionals. And, when I mean pushing their real conspiracy theories: they were getting 7.5M impressions at one point in October on Twitter. This was a direct disinformation campaign designed to lure folks who were questioning the official narrative into being told fairy-tales about what actually happened that night, and thus become discredited as ‘conspiracy theorists’ after they rattle off some absurd story that they were told by one of those Twitter handles.”

Make no mistake that such a massive, and well-coordinated, disinformation campaign is the work of top-notch public relations/crisis management specialists.
